There are no books, curriculum, anything at all to assist you in creating lesson plans. Then, they expect you to turn every lesson in to this formal lesson template, where you spend literally hours filling out objectives, etc. I spent 12-13 hour days on weekdays and most of my weekends just trying to fulfill the basic requirements of the lesson planning. The children have no books either. The best you can really do is buy your own teaching books and then make millions of photocopies, but you still have to fill out the plans. It is absolutely horrible. They are much more concerned with the discipline of the children, then whether they are learning anything during class time. So, the children are going insane because of the overly-strict atmosphere.
