Pay is low compared to competitors, specifically Ramp and Brex and many people at the company are aware of this. This is by design from leadership. Keep the cost low and replace employees as needed. There is a relatively high churn rate in some departments due to this.
The Onboarding (Implementation) role is difficult and the VP does not do much to fix it or flat out ignores it. While we hear from Manish (COO) and Chen (CEO) that onboarding is doing well, we do not hear that same sentiment from our department VP. Often being told we are not pulling our weight or "sandbagging". However, he does not have a base level for what our product does. He needs to learn this.
There are some very good leaders who try to fix issues but are stopped by higher ups. It is a shame that those cannot be heard.
Training and new hire onboarding is worst I've seen at a company. Throw you to the wolves and good luck.
Product is very unstable, especially Procurement.
