      Fun place to work. You control your own store. No upper management bothers you unless you're failing.

      Cons

      Long hours. No room for advancement. Not getting promoted unless you're in the good ole' boy network, or Uncle Paul pulls you up!

      good pay opportunities. local company with good advertising technics. opportunity for advancement. growing company. management is very supporting. weekly pay and direct deposit

      Cons

      long working hours with no breaks during the day. must be on your feet the whole day also and requires some physical work.

      Pros

      Great vision, tools to get the job done, training, paid for performance. Like that we get restocked daily and have access to what we don't have in stock.

      Cons

      Not really to much except hours can be long, computer system could use an upgrade and getting thru to someone in the office can be challenging at times.
