      Pros

      Pay is decent if you know what you're doing. Managers are good people. Training is available. Tool purchase program is decent.

      Cons

      Long days, 10-12 hours. No air conditioning in the shop. Counter people often overload the technicians. No PTO until you've been there for a year.

      Pros

      Days off during the normal working week, ability to schedule personal appointments during the week.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit off, lots of promises with no delivery. Leadership is always changing and in some cases professionalism is scarce.

      low reward for work output

      Pros

      I enjoy the particular store I'm at and my direct management.

      Cons

      Gross lack of training and poor operating system create unnecessary errors for which the store is financially held liable, and so, too, negatively affects the bonus potential. No direct feedback on what corrections need to be made, just notification that we failed. Many stores are severely understaffed do to the low base pay and crippled bonuses.
