There is a huge focus on training our team members. From the annual General Manager Leadership Meeting, to in person foundational training, there is a real drive for personal and professional growth. I almost forgot... the technical training for cars today and cars of the future. Having worked big-box retail prior, you can create your own career path, and are rarely told to stay in your lane.

Cons

You have to learn how to juggle competing priorities. While we work hard to align on direction, projects and priorities can change rather quickly.

Pays great if your willing to work for it - Great people to work with & for - Award winner dinners re adjust focus every year & give you something to work for - I could continue but I’d be here all day

Cons

You’ll work long hours , could be negative for some. But you’ll make great money so it’s worth it.
