Pros

Education and coaching. Regional management support. Plenty of great people to reach out to. Reasonable hours. Stores are typically well staffed.

Cons

Income can be unsteady. Never have 2 days off in a row. Too many ways to deduct bonus. I feel like pay could be better.

Pros

Room to advance, you can work independently or as a team when needed. Tools to improve your position in the company.

Cons

It all depends on the store and regional manager. Seems like a lot of politics are involved in deciding to promote people from the shop to the front office. They get better pay more than when I worked there but it felt like upper mgr didn't care about your Tech's.

Thank you for your feedback. You are right, the tire technicians and service technicians are a large part of the team that creates the customer experience. Many of our leadership team started in the shop just like you and agree the team members in the bays are the backbone of the company. We regularly review career paths and pay structures and continue to strive to be the best in the industry and are committed to do this as we grow. We’d love to hear back from you if you are interested, please contact our HR department for further conversation.
