Pros

Can get some the discounts at AutoZone for your own vehicle needs. Great if you don't want 40 hours working full time or the chance of overtime...

Cons

Management assured me that after working there a short time there would be job advancement and raises. Also a shirt a certain amount per week which have gotten maybe 3 weeks out of the whole year working there, pay amount and hours get worse as time goes on. Also you're supposed to get a certain percent per tire, although it's a very small amount they allow certain people to sign for your work and get your percentage. Managemean also has an employee on payroll that is only still there due to blackmail from having audio recorded one of them telling him to kill himself. He is allowed to come into work and do nothing do nothing all day and leaves to go do errands or take hours for lunch and not come back. Exc.

Pros

Employees do get a paycheck

Cons

Your mental health will be tested and not in a good way. Bad employees get rewarded while good ones burn out. Upper management expects you to live to work and put Tire Discounters over your family They talk about bonus as part of you pay not what it is a bonus. You will not make as much as they tell you you will make.

Pros

Anyone without a manager title are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Long hours, pay is not that good since you have to work over time every week because your hourly pay is way below industry standard. Managers do not care about employees. They put “the needs of the business” over employee mental and physical health. There is at least 3-4 days a week I don’t get a lunch break. It’s clear they don’t care because after 7 years I put in my 2 week notice and no one reached out to figure out why. I mean the turnover rate is so high anyways why would they care.
