Strong Culture, Advancement opportunities, Competitive pay, Paid Holidays plus PTO. Very easy to be heard, open communication and compassion. Training in store and online. Family Owned. Nice to not be just a number.

As a hungry tech, you can make decent money. The sacrifice will be any free time outside of work.

Cons

The management is the same as a revolving door. Always cycling. They will bring in outside "greatness" over promoting within.
