Thank you for you review. Our Service Tech pay plan is one of the best in the industry. Our manager compensation plan is a mix of base pay + performance incentives giving our General Managers direct control over the ability to grow their income. Many know us as the home of the free alignment, but our ASE certified technicians offer full service automotive service shop where we perform under car and under hood repairs and scheduled maintenance. We offer three levels of health care plans to meet the needs of our employees. In addition, employees can early up to $2,200 in annual savings just for participating in our wellness program. We’re glad you’re a part of the Tire Discounters family. We value your input and are always looking for ways that we can improve. Please reach out to your manager, Regional Manager, or HR Business Partner to share your ideas on how we can improve.

Pros

Close to residence, sometimes the pay until they screw up monthly commission and bonuses. Employee discount on tires.

Cons

- Lack of communication. - Regional management do not stand behind what they say and promise. - Extremely over worked 60+ hours with little pay. Only way to make money is by your commission and monthly bonus if they do t screw you over - They pay the tire technicians nothing I could go on but it's to much.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad our five day work week, and No Sunday schedule gave you the work-life balance you needed. As a family-owned business, we take pride in offering career paths that allow our employees to achieve their personal and professional goals. Our sales associates enjoy a competitive salary package that includes base pay + incentives. Our goal is to promote from within and we’ve found our best managers started as technicians and sales associates. Even our company President began his career with us as a Tire Technician. Thank you for the time you spent with us as a part of the TD family.
