We encourage employees to grow their careers (and pay) with either our technician or sales training paths. We strive to have the best pay plan in the industry, that’s why our top service techs are earning $100k+ with service commissions per year. Pros

Great place to work that allows for growth and input from individual team members. The company is continuing to expand quickly, and is staying true to its roots for the majority of the time. However, they are consistently finding new ways to make the place better, and it experiences at TD have gotten better with age.

Cons

Priorities shift quickly and a lot of change which at times can be overwhelming.
