Pros

I enjoyed working here because everything was physical and doing physical work made me happy. Not to mention getting a discount on tires was great too.

Cons

I am a woman who worked as a tire tech and they kept switching locations and refused for the last switched that they asked me to move my tool box. That is just wrong. I didn't request to relocate. Plus I would bust my butt Day in and day out and got treated like scum. All the men got more respect than I did which to be honest isn't saying a lot. My co workers were nice at least but the management was horrible. Told the store manager I quite and his response "I don't care"

Pros

Discounts on their tires, paid vacation, paid holidays off

Cons

Their tires are extremely overpriced so your discount isnt cheaper than what you could have the same thing done for at discount tire. Hours are never the same, youll work at 8 am one day and 3pm the next. The techs get ripped off when people get the "free" alignment. No its not free. The customer doesnt pay for it, but the tech does by not gettinf their commission for the alignment

Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and act upon any learnings. However, in this case your claims are simply not accurate and we want to help clear things up. Our tire only price is listed on our website and competitive in our markets. Service Technicians that perform any alignment, even the free ones, do get paid not only their hourly pay but also any earned commission. We appreciate your time with us at Tire Discounters and are sorry we were unable to talk with you to resolve any issues before you left the company.

Pros

TD genuinely wants to do right by all of its customers and employees Always trying to improve processes and behaviors Rapidly growing and rewards successful and motivated employees Never scared to try new things Exciting environment with a lot of opportunity to grow

Cons

Fast-paced sometimes ends up being too fast Too many priorities in a small company leaves you debating which important projects can wait and causes strain on all employees
