Pros

Great people to work with. Good discounts that start from day one. Insurance is a little pricey but good.

Cons

Negotiate what you plan on making for your career. They are not good at giving raises. Watch how they word the bonuses as it can bite you in the long run. Very long hours which can be nice if your hourly.

Thank you for your review. We agree that Tire Discounters does have great people and we want everyone happy, well trained and advancing in their career. We are sorry you felt unappreciated, that just isn’t how we want to operate. Our store compensation structure allows for people to give themselves raises through training to progress up the career paths along with a bonus/incentive structure that allows for even more earning potential. Stay tuned for more employee focused programs to roll out as we continue to hear and act on new ideas from our teammates.

Pros

Your MIT few months they pay you hourly and let you work 60 plus hours so make a lot of money. Out side of that none!

Cons

Once you go salary they work you with no help and six days a week. The stress and work is not working at all. They run you into the ground. There is a reason no one stays. They don't want anyone to see the P/L or anything business wise to show what they make and make is so you can't make bonus. Very shaddy people in upper management and no support.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your time with us at Tire Discounters and are sorry we were unable to talk with you to resolve your concerns before you left the company. The store support teams are always available to explain how our pay structures are designed to support your family finances as well as ensuring you were receiving the reporting you needed to gauge the success of the team members working with you as well as whole store performance. Thank you for your feedback and we will seek to be even more helpful and clear in the future.
