I hope I can think of a Pro, but unfortunately, even, I could not think of any.

Cons

Working at this company is a double-edged sword. While they sell you the dream of making money and growing a business, the reality is a toxic work environment where long hours are expected as if they're an unavoidable part of the game. The management seems to discriminate against work-life balance, pushing employees to the brink in pursuit of profit. Adding insult to injury, the managers constantly overstep boundaries by insisting on tasks that go far beyond the job description. This disrespectful behavior creates a sense of frustration and powerlessness among employees, as they are subjected to arbitrary demands that may not contribute to their professional growth. Steer clear!!
