Insecure Leadership

Might be able to use it as a stepping stone if you can put up with not having a life for a few years.

Cons

Be prepared to be micromanaged by insecure leadership every minute of every day. Work/life balance is non-existent. Management does not care if you work yourself to death as long as they hit the numbers so they can get a bunos. This is a company to avoid. There is so much better companies around who are hiring. Pick any of them but stay away from Tire Kingdom.

Pros

I love cars and I’ve always dreamt of a career in the automobile industry. I’m glad I found it here at Tire Kingdom. I was able to level up my skills. There’s an unmistakable team mentality within and people are generally helpful and supportive. The salary is high and the benefits are complete. The company even offers tool insurance. You will literally be equipped to be on the successful on the job!

Cons

It’s a multilayered organization so promotion takes time.
