Pros

I liked the work atmosphere at Tire Kingdom from day one. Managers are easy to work with. Co-workers are helpful. Everyone is treated with respect. The work may be tiring, but my supervisor is flexible and supportive, so I rarely feel exhausted. The hourly pay is good. Benefits are provided. I would recommend working here.

Cons

It’s easy to get along with everyone if you are diligent, open-minded, and willing to cooperate.

It's good to be a part of one the largest company is this industry. There surely are perks to it.

Cons

Most of us hate our manager and that's because he treats us so badly. He only notices all of your mistakes and everything your not doing right from his point of view. It's not like everything he sees and all of his views are right.

Cons

Base Pay is not so great but the bonus is good. Bonuses are only once a month.
