Co workers were great and professional

Cons

Company did a pay scale change that cut managment pay $30k a year and advisor pay over $15k a year. While upper management took very large raises.

What I experienced from working here was the harsh reality of employment and trying to earn a living.

Cons

I learned from working here that there are some companies, management, and bosses who can be EXTREMELY inappropriate and HARSH. We're NOT allowed to be sick and be off of work if no one's gonna come over for us. Otherwise, we will get SEVERE punishments!

The people that I work with are good people. That's about all I can say is good about working for this company.

Cons

They are unorganized and management do not want to help. This is one company I will ABSOLUTELY stay away from! They don't give you the complete training that is needed because they want to get you working as soon as possible to get the billable hours so they can make money off of you.
