Awful Training and Insane Sales Pressure

You might be happy here if you like putting in long and stressful hours and still get no job satisfaction

Cons

The training was pretty terrible here. Employees were only asked to sell more and more. It was insane and made the job more stressful and exhausting. There was little focus on keeping the clients happy or ensuring they were satisfied. It was awful and somewhat unethical, in my opinion. Unless the top management lets go of the salesy approach , you can avoid this employer and seek a job elsewhere. BEWARE!

It was interesting to learn about vehicle parts and the business process.

Cons

Our manager shows a good face in front of the customers but shows his true EVIL side when turned back. He treats us with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, VERBAL ABUSE, and AWFUL YELLING! We try to avoid him face-to-face when at work.
