Flexible working options like fully remote and start times

Cons

Company heads have changed 3 times since I started 2 years ago with large layoffs that affect ability to maintain timeliness. Top employees were let go and it seems like there is no direction for the company. Pay increases don't even keep up with inflation and I've been doing additional responsibilities (20% of time) without training or compensation. The company is overwhelmingly white with a very homogenous C-Suite.
