      Pros

      So many great things about Toast.

      Cons

      Despite all of our hiring, many people are overextended and there's a lot of pressure to continue to do it all vs. waiting until open roles are created or filled. You must self-advocate for keeping a reasonable balance and managing up on workload.

      Very little upward advancement. Too much politics with upper management. 60+ hour work weeks. Very little diversity.
