Fantastic culture, lots of internal growth, encouragement from leadership to grow your career, and surprisingly you don't get stuck in sales here either. It's good money once you start making it and it's a fantastic product and sales organization. The work is fulfilling and makes an impact and builds on itself. Sabbatical, unlimited pto, flexible work hours.

Cons

The expectations of you are pretty insane. Max effort on all fronts at all times. The work-life balance is considered a work-life blend because everyone works a million hours a week. Its hard on your relationships to be married to your job. It's not the workaholic culture that is promoted, it's a culture that promotes being"passionate about what we do" above all else. Even life outside of the job which is pretty rough. Expectations are extremely high and never ending. Lots of burnout

They are churning and burning sales reps. Manhattan, Kansas is goaled the same as Manhattan, NY….enough said.

Cult-like atmosphere and bad management in Marketing

Fun being a part of the restaurant industry, a product that everyone knows and likes.

Cons

Bad managers keen on bullying and gaslighting, and rewarded for this behavior. HR doesn't care either. Little transparency or opportunity for upward feedback.
