      - Awesome culture - Good awareness of what employees need and how to address - Growing suuuper fast! - Compensation is very good

      Cons

      - Growing pains are apparent - Goals from management are sometimes too big to fill

      Pros

      I love feeling like my opinions and ideas are valued at Toast. Toast has created an amazing remote culture and I truly believe I can accomplish my career goals at this company.

      So much changes every day- change fatigue is real!
