Sales team expectations hit a rut when too many were hired with not enough leads to go around Overall disconnect between manageable team goals / individual quotas and reality at many times

They really take care of their people! My manager went above and beyond to assist with my sales goals and they make sure that their people have everything they need to succeed.

Cons

Sales is just a very stressful career choice.
