      Lots of leads due to popularity of the company

      Cons

      Work life balance is terrible. The company says they care about employees but their actions tell a different story. The only thing they care about is profitability and pleasing the investors.

      A Stock plan and decent benefits

      Cons

      Lack of communication between leadership and employees. Lack of proper training to fulfill job responsibilities. Expectations and procedures change often, without much notice, and without effective communication. Internal movement and compensation adjustments advertised differently than they actually function. No flexibility or real work/ life balance.

      Hell bent on growth. Work life balance will definitely be an issue. Micro Management with the Salesforce and multiple supervisors.
