      They have a beer fridge that’s restocked weekly

      Cons

      That beer fridge is prob paid more than you. If you fight for your customers, you “lack poise” 😭🤣

      Great benefits and culture but unrealistic expectations for certain markets

      Pros

      Benefits were outstanding, stock options, parental leave, time off when needed. Management really showed they are about your well being and mental health. The team I worked with had the best culture I have ever experienced with a company.

      Cons

      My market was a small rural market but was required to hit the same numbers as someone in a large market like Atlanta, Boston, or even Nashville. I worked my absolute butt off and earned $50,000 under the suspected OTE. You have time off whenever you need it but also builds up a lot of work load for the rest of your month, as you are required to hit quota with no exceptions.

      Pros

      Challenging/fast paced role in a very fun industry. The technology is incredible and is the gold standard. Almost full autonomy (as long as you do your work). Leadership is amazing and will do anything to support you.

      Cons

      You are required to start promptly at 8am but are also expected to work well past 5pm. At EOM you are expected to work until midnight to pull any last deals in… even if you are at quota. A lot of internal unnecessary zoom meetings that always run over.
