-Good company to get your feet wet in the industry -Really great co workers in the support team. Really great people

Cons

-Support is not a team toast really cares about -Low Pay -no advancement within the the support team -no advancement in toast in general. It’s all a popularity contest. Many people get roles that don’t exist making it difficult for people to advance. -

Very laid back environment allows you focus and still develop great relationships.

Cons

No cons looking to work at a perfect with overtime and great people. Toast is the place for you. The pay might not be as high ad other companies but plenty of room for growth.
