      Amazing until the rose-colored lenses wear off

      - Brilliant and kind designers (& PMs) all around - Appealing products and mission with decent pay & benefits

      Cons

      - Lack of direction (& big communication issue) from design & product leadership - Feedback from leadership often comes without the 'why,' coming off like power trips and constantly aiming at moving targets - Multiple reorgs and manager changeovers = low morale, stretched teams, and more aimlessness - Teammates and pay quickly become only reason to stay
