      Fine to start career - low pay and low felxibility

      Pros

      CEO seems to be a genuine person Honestly believe in the product, it was fun to sell because I actually believed it could help restaurants Some of the people that I worked with were incredibly driven and I learned a lot from them

      Cons

      The sales team is very homogeneous - white, young, and majority male. This dynamic creates a bro-y culture (a label they do not care for, but never made hiring/culture changes to change). If you want to be in sales, good place to learn skills for low pay (which is pretty industry standard) - takes 6 months to "unlock" commission. The sales goals are calculated based on team performance - if everyone is hitting the quotas they raise them. Tight quotas make it very tough to plan to take time off -- if you want to take a day off you have to be well above quota -- Good luck cashing in that "unlimited PTO,"

      Absolutely none...do not waste your breath w/ this organization.

      Way too many to list. HR is appalling - management does not understand how to actually manage.

      Cult-like atmosphere and bad management in Marketing

      Pros

      Fun being a part of the restaurant industry, a product that everyone knows and likes.

      Cons

      Bad managers keen on bullying and gaslighting, and rewarded for this behavior. HR doesn't care either. Little transparency or opportunity for upward feedback.
