      Everyone's pretty nice, nice office, good benefits

      Don't seem to really care about progressing or helping people, mainly need quotes pumped out and rely heavily on the estimators

      If you need a job to get through life.

      Cons

      It is accepted that people treat each other in an unprofessional and rude manner, all the way to the top. Limited growth opportunities, expensive/limited benefits, high turnover in many of the businesses. The focus is on profit and flipping the company, not on the culture.
