Cons

Really have to put in overtime to get your career off the ground in the first few years, hard to manage work/ life balance.

Everyone has your back here no matter what the location is. Pay Plan helps get your career started without stressing over money. Training is world class, allowing you not only to learn what you need to succeed in your role, but also in other aspects in your life.

Cons

It is a lot of hard work especially in the first couple years. Quite a bit of information will be thrown at you but don't worry they will make sure to help you learn on the fly.
