      Tom James is like a family. Working for TJ is rewarding and fun. It's a positive environment with nice people and good vibes. The company gives you the opportunity to progress, improve and express yourself. I'm really lucky to be here with this nice bunch of people.

      Tom James is the biggest and best in the industry, owning all its own manufacturing facilities allows great control of quality, value and flexibility to serve clients. Developing long term relationships with clients that trust you is the best part along with being able to own great quality clothing and part ownership of the company through the stock scheme.

      Cons

      You need to be able to do the job of several people here, and that does not suit everyone. You source and develop all your clients, fit, deliver and serve them yourself. Essentially you have to work as if it is your own business, but with the support that goes with a large company.
