you can make some okay money if you're a good salesman, a great manipulator, and only worry about yourself. it does build character. there are a few diamonds of people in the rough

Cons

building "your own business" is a joke. overpriced product, corrupt management, selfish leadership, untrustworthy teammates, terrible hours - a lot of time wasted on unproductive meetings and discussions
