Pros

Product is incredible. People used to be amazing as well before some bad hires and bad decisions spoiled the work environment.

Cons

Funding has been completely mismanaged. There is a severe lack of direction and strategy and most of that comes from senior leaders who shouldn't be in their roles. It's rampant throughout the org, but especially in retail/sales. The lack of strat/direction gets put back onto the frontline teams and leads to the creation of a toxic work environment with 0 work/life balance. Favoritism also rampant in retail with most of the team coming from a single organization (who are funny enough the only ones left standing after 2 rounds of layoffs as well).

Pros

You have Flexible schedule, Bonuses when hitting store goal, Supportive Coworkers, great product.

Cons

You will be doing most work on your own, and training only is around a week or so. You do occasionally have to deal with clients orders as customer support tends to leave clients in the dark, so that is an extra load that you are not paid enough for. There is obvious favoritism, and lots of politics. I have noticed older coworkers or mine be treated differently based on their performances. Do expect to be overwhelmed with work if you do not have a full time, the higher ups in charge tend to be difficult to contact and sometimes things can just be disorganized. It is great if you need something, but I do not see much room for growth as leadership tends to make you feel congested with work or like they do not value all of the hard work you do put in. I guarantee you may feel burn out frequently. Merit bonus is a joke.
