Great product with great potential and it stops there

Cons

So many issues. Where to begin . . . If you’re looking to do great work with lots of growth opportunities, don’t waste your time working here. Lots of issues with Senior and mid management. Majority of leaders do not know what it takes to lead and manage people. There are senior leaders leading teams they are obviously not qualified for. Also toxic behavior exist on a lot of teams and working groups. Silos, misinformation, favoritism and politics are the order of the day. Most of the negative reviews on here are factual. Enter at your own risk.

Actual product is great (if you can afford it).

Cons

A lot of gatekeeping at the company. Passive aggressive leadership. Fake it till you make it kind of workplace. Bad decision making is reflected in poor sales and multiple layoffs.

Revolutionary product. Flexible PTO. Remote work.

Cons

No strategic direction. Siloed, misaligned leadership. Performative diversity/inclusion with very few POC throughout, particularly in management/leadership. Toxic masculinity rampant. Improving with female additions, but leaders of color are hard to come by in this place. Vanity promotions with no comp increase for people still standing after mass layoffs.
