Pros

Good pay for the position, stock incentives, great day to day coworkers, free machine

Cons

Terrible upper management, bad communication, hardly ever saw anyone from the top in person, seemed to focus on entirely the wrong elements, botched NYC studio opening, spent too much money on the wrong things.

Pros

If you have established experience with a CRM the job is really easy.

Cons

Where to start. The pay is an absolute joke for the luxury branding of the company. Nordstrom shop employees are basically the B Team, and not respected at all. I have been in retail for over a decade, and I know my worth. There are no raises, or performance reviews, and even merit based raises don’t happen. Also, don’t expect adequate training, they just expect you to be an expert day one. I was with Tonal for the last six months of their fiscal year not including holiday, and was still their top performing location % to plan for the year, and was not compensated for it. When I approached my regional manager regarding this with the numbers backing up my claim, she laughed at me. Don’t waste your time, go work at Lululemon instead. That’s where I went. They laid off 35% of the workforce, and now are positioning extra projects to the remaining employees as “development opportunities”. It’s a scam. It’s going the way of Peloton.

Pros

Great product trying to help people live healthier lives. Equitable pay for production roles in the tech industry. Great computers and equipment to do my job. Handled WFH efficiently and wanted to do best job keeping employees safe

Cons

•Major Company layoffs of 35%. •Entire departments scrapped after spending uber amounts of money on having content studios in both LA and NYC. •No clear cut WFH policy long-term. I moved out to San Francisco only to work from my living room. The company never even required me to go into an office. I could have done my job just as effectively anywhere in the country. •Was laid off and still receiving emails from the company. The company also never checked in on if I get to keep my Tonal I was given. • Company had a bunch of empty offices and then laid off 35% of staff. The outlook doesn't look too promising.
