Pros

Good pay, members of the ADRC network were incredibly supportive.

Cons

No training or support from supervisor, who wasn't familiar with the ADRC role, instead I was just thrown into deep end with clients. Supervisor disappeared on leave with no notice and it took a month for a new supervisor to be placed.
