- Great comapny with great values - Everyone is passionate with what they are doing - Benefits are great with reimbursements for traveling

- No opportunity to grow - Pay does not suffice from the stress and trauma that can occur with clients

The people overall are great to work with. Most departments have their things together and the support is there for when things get hard.

Cons

No incentive to stay. Pay is horrible for the work you put in and the traumatic experiences that you have to endure with clients.
