A smooth hiring process except for cheap ineffective drug test, on site training and certification class, paid training, free uniforms, good scheduling system, every now and then you will find really good people on sites

If your a newbie working security BEWARE. They make you train on minimum wage and if you don't know any better they will train, train, train. They will suck up your time and energy with no remorse, and their clients are are very picky and act as if you are a robot dressed like carl winslow from family matters. Their uniforms are ugly outdated 80's blue, knock off police uniform, they treat you like a top guard dog. You get no breaks and you can't freely go where you please when you do get a break, they make their employees train you and give people wrong instructions on the job
