      The company can be somewhat flexible if you need time off because there is always someone who can fill in your spot.

      Cons

      The company is very stingy with overtime. They always try to have you switch your schedule to accommodate them but even after inconveniencing you they will try their best to change your days around to make sure you don't get overtime for the week.
