      Pros

      They have a training school for your DCJS and some of the managers are really good people depending on the site your at. Great for experience of your just starting.

      Cons

      Communication lacks between HR and the sites they have, low pay for what you do, They will work you to death if your good at the job and you have no family time. They will constantly mess up your schedule at HR that has to be fixed by your supervisor. No room for career growth.

      You might get paid on time

      Pay is low, company is racists they try to keep enough black people on staff so it doesn’t look like they are racist and they can get awards and loans for helping minorities.. there are no blacks in position of power… and yes they are very rude
