The money that can be made is endless.

Cons

Management staff is incredibly rude and inexperienced. One manager was promoted to being a manager from previously working behind a bar. Turnover rates with employees are incredibly high, and anyone who doesn't kiss up to management is fired. Employees are incredibly unhappy because of the treatment they receive.

I love how managers are goofy just like other associates, they allow you to have fun, so it's doesn't seem like work at times. Making friends, friendly people. Flexible scheduling is great here.

Cons

FAVORITISM!! The pay is Horrible, you work hard and get a bunch of BS from Guests at a great successful place but the pay isn't worth it. Work for over a year and raise was only 2% so there grows lack of motivation to work . You have to earn full time position which is stupid. Stingy on BREAKS, most times associates go a day without eating or breaks working long hours because we have to take care of guest first. Closing is VERY late esp. in summertime always on your feet managers make you smile even at midnight when you just want to get out of there. Rude guest and managers take up for them. so glad I left
