Too small of sections to make a good living. Too many bay hosts. Managers don't empathize when you been at work for 8 hours and you've made $12. They still keep you as long as they can and feel comfortable. The shifts are longer than your typical waiting tables shift. And your out-time essentially means nothing. Management needs work. More communication. My schedule will change the day of on my hot schedules so we have to check it religiously. Last but not least THE GUEST IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. I joined this company with the impression that the management has your back when it come to issues with guests and I've learned that just simply is not true. Hutch is a great manager. He is a role model for what associates AND GUESTS look for in a manager. And EVERYONE knows and loves hutch. That says a lot. Guests still ask for him on a daily basis in Dallas. I feel like I have more love and passion for my job when working with him.

Place is a complete joke. First of all, the whole tip pool idea is stupid and a complete scam. You work redicously long hours and they give you the worse sechedules possible. You start off at minimum wage. I could go on with this place. DONT WORK HERE!!
