-lack of organization, they think their training program is top notch however it is far from it. They need to give more information on things such as; your training schedule, what you need to bring when you are expected to go out of town for weeks at a time, how many days you will actually be out of town, and how many days you are actually required to work.
-treat their "valued" associates poorly. They preach their core values but do not stand behind them. The biggest of their values is "caring". They say they care for their associates and they give them the benefit of the doubt or "charitable assumption" however when it comes down to it they don't actually give that to you.
-they preach promoting from within and growing their associates however they don't. They choose external candidates and lie about it.
-they allow drama and for those that feel inferior to others, bad mouth others. Was thrown under the bus out of nowhere by a "supervisor" and was given the boot out without the ability to explain my side or what really happened. They make you go through weeks of training to explain how "wonderful" their company and company values are but they don't even uphold them when it comes down to it. The preached this "charitable assumption" for 4 days at the week long culture and values training. Instead of the DO actually asking me what really happened or giving me a chance to explain my side, she/he just terminated me. Even if she/he didn't agree with my side he could have given me a chance to correct what I did wrong in their eyes but instead she/he told me she/he was letting me go because "did not fit with the culture" . No chance to discuss what happened or did not happen and did not actually give any reason or a valid reason for termination.
-they make you promises when you interview for the company. They sell you the dream and promise you growth and development to get you to take the job but when you take it and actually get there for training you quickly find out that everything they told you to get you to take the position was a lie. I left a great job that paid me much more for false promises. I was terminated over personality conflict with someone who felt threatened by my prior experience in the industry and someone who felt they needed to establish their authority over me at every turn. I have never in my life heard of a company who treats professionals so poorly. Should have been talked to about any issues they might have had and given the chance to A. explain my side of it and B. correct any issues they might have had.
