      Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, it’s all set up. The biggest problem is discrimination. Only hiring white women. This company will destroy you and your confidence. Don’t care for minors when you find new career they will burn your relationship bridge. Morale is horrible in general. Leadership does not value its employees and does not understand the necessity tools and resources to succeed Verbal abuse is not uncommon High turn over due to workload and senior management attitude Complaints are hidden under the rug very often not even addressed Either that or everyone will know what you have complained about

      Freedom theirs lots of it, this has been one of the best jobs of my life if you love the outdoors this is for you this is a great company that seems to care about the employees.

      Cons

      The lack of communication between the field and office would be the only thing i would have to complain about.
