I’ve been with the company for a while, and I've seen a lot, both the good and the bad. There’s some discrimination, a mix of forgiveness, and the usual ups and downs you’d expect in this industry. It’s not a place for everyone, especially if you don’t have "thick skin." First off, unless you’re buddies with the right people or play by certain unspoken rules, you’re probably going to become a target. This is well-known and tolerated. That said, if you do your job well, you can stick around and earn bonuses. But don’t expect to build a long-term career here, the mentorship they claim to offer isn’t really there. It’s also pretty common for senior management to take credit for the hard work employees put in. When discrimination or nasty comments happen, they’re often swept under the rug.
However, you’ll likely feel small at some point, or at least like you’re just another cog in the machine. If you’re someone who can put personal beliefs aside, and just show up to work for the paycheck, this place might work for you.
