Pros

3 - 8hr shifts. Overtime available. Average Pay scale.

Cons

Hot and dirty work environment Lack of manpower on all shifts. All operators are spread thing. Causing frustration and aggravation. Weekend overtime Mandatory 1 or 2 weekends a month. Supervisors are overworked, underpaid, and spread thin. Off shifts always lack manpower and experience. Putting most of the stress and responsibility on 1st shift to complete jobs. Inconsistent production schedule because of raw materials, customer demand changes, and poor machine job planning. Insurance premiums increase every year. Inconsistent following of rules and regulations from employees handbook. Poor interview process for new employees. (Lack of manpower leads to desperate choices during interview process)
