Lots of great employees that genuinely want to help each other. Interesting work with decent pay.

Cons

Management is horrible. Every excuse will be made to prevent you from earning the bonus they hook you with. High expectations but no directions or support. Managers will throw their direct hires under the bus in a heartbeat. There is no respect for hard work.

-good pay for what you do -steady payckecks -co workers are all friendly and easy to get along with -chances for overtime often

Cons

-management problems -confusing nonsensical rules and over the top safety that hinders work flow over actually making you safe 12 hour shifts are difficult if youre not used to them especially if youre on a rotatin (2 weeks days, two weeks nights) shift
