Pros

I absolutely love the environment here. My coworkers are great and the sales approach is very friendly and personal. I love working with my customers and since our sales numbers are kept track of and discussed with us every shift, I feel motivated to do my best every time I'm in the store. The employee discount is also very generous (40%-55%)!

Cons

Even though I'm being paid a bit more than my coworkers, it's not a liveable wage. I'm only a bit above minimum wage and am only scheduled 6-15 hours a week so I had to take up a second job. Also, for all the emphasis placed on sales numbers I wish there were some sort of benefit or commission.

Good discount, fun people, flexible schedule.

Cons

Pay raises are almost non-existent. The only way to get more money is to come in at a higher amount and negotiate during the hiring process. Even with promotions you only get a slight percentage increase, even if that puts you WAY below others in the same position.

Non competitive pay, constantly changing expectations/standards, nothing is ever "good enough", excessive responsibilities, support system only works 10% off the time
