Pros

Sample sales twice a year. You are given additional discounts every month as a full time employee. Stores are beautiful.

Cons

A good place to start as a junior associate. But not much career growth. Catty and conniving behaviors at the workplace. Leadership treat employees as easily replaceable. Lack of recognition and a dearth of growth opportunities

Pros

Great company benefits and generous discounts.

Cons

Management doesn't listen, HR never responds. You'll advance if you're someone who doesn't have a voice. There's a lot of unfairness and I've seen people get written up for being one minute late when in fact, management never opened the door to begin with.

Pros

The high-end fashion experience, the allowances for clothing, and decent pay, great company party's. Some of the people I work with I've created great friendships with.

Cons

There's no longer commission which sucks because I was looking forward to becoming a seller to make hourly and commission.
