Pros

Great brand & product. Easy to clientele because core value is customer service & satisfaction. Great employee discount. Helpful team members.

Cons

Terrible management. Hired as seasonal sales associate and was told I was going to stay on board afterwards. Then my last two days as seasonal they told me that I needed to fully understand the brand culture and to get more training time in so they demoted me to sales support. The day I started my new role a memo went up stating they were hiring several positions including sales associates. What's worse is that I had more experience in retail than some of the team members. They also "canceled" positions and terminated employees on the spot and changed people's jobs by merging positions together for no extra pay and no notice ahead of time. This company has no stability no transparency and not one employee I know likes working for it.

Pros

The brand is still very strong and has lots of room for growth.

Cons

Too many of the managers are busy playing politics and "managing up".
