      was once a company with inspirational and talented leaders with a great all around culture. once was...

      Cons

      run don't walk away from this company. the leadership is toxic and fear based. you will be yelled and belittled. in my handful of years here i saw 21 VP, SVP, EVP and C level positions come and go. this company chews you up and spits you out with zero regard for the fact that they recruited you and brought you in to make an impact. the new president has flipped this company upside down and turned it into a horrible place.

      The only pro is the discount!

      Cons

      Scottsdale's GM is not hands on. She will sit and micromanage and not help in any situation. There is no support. Their is NO COMMUNICATION or COLLABORATION! 12 people have quit in the last months. You will work every Saturday! She will schedule based on favorites.

      Some Department Leaders, hired when the company was much smaller, seem now afraid of the new talents. They tend to level everybody down to maintain the status. Unfortunately you're stuck with them,HR is invisible and the Top Management is not interested in looking into the way the Senior Leaders are managing their own Teams.
